Assurance Plan

ASSURANCE PLANS-If you don’t plan on taking part in this “Assurance Plan”, it will be noted in the account that you have declined this option.
(This plan covers the antenna replacement if it is damaged or just stops working)

$5 per month, $30 deductible. This may be used one time in a 12 month period (you will need to pay the serviceman $99.95 to replace the equipment)

$9 per month, $30 deductible. This may be used one time in a 12 month period. A 1 hour service call per year is included. (Additional hardware and labor is not included)

Existing Customer- Customers that had our service for 4 years or more and were not offered the assurance plan, will be charged the normal purchase fee for a new radio if it is damaged. At that time will be able to place an assurance plan on the account.
